We\u2019re a local business seeking a motivated, customer-focused full time Assistant Store Manager to join our friendly Inspirations Paint team, based in the eastern suburbs of the Norwood area.

What We\u2019re Looking For
* Retail experience essential s especially in paint, hardware, or home improvement
* Able to lift up to 25kg
* A team player who is reliable, self-motivated, and ready to learn
What You\u2019ll Be Doing
* Providing leadership within the store sales team
* Providing support to the store manager in all aspects of store operations and sales
* Assisting customers with paint choices, colours, and product advice; selling products to fill customer orders
* Managing stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining store appearance
* Providing excellent service and helping build customer relationships
* Contributing to team sales and daily store operations
* Supportive team, hands-on training, and a friendly work culture
* Real variety in your day-to-day responsibilities
The position is available for immediate start and will include ongoing industry leading training. Store hours are between 7:00am a 5:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8:00am - 4:00pm. The store is not open on Sundays or public holidays.
