Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day oncology and haematology medications at a leading cancer treatment centre.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance oncology pharmacy services, aligned with current legislation, professional standards, and best practices.
* Provide training and support for the ERH CHARM project office, focusing on the implementation of an oncology information management system.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess current AHPRA registration, membership in Advanced Pharmacy Australia, and a Master's degree in clinical pharmacy or equivalent. Relevant experience in chemotherapy, oncology, and haematology is also essential.
