HR Officer | Rhodes with 2 days WFH | $85k + super + salary packaging | Small supportive team

**Your new role**
You will be the first point of contact for HR queries and responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of HR functions;
- Coordinate recruitment including preparation of job adverts, providing support to hiring teams and conducting reference checks
- Lead onboarding and induction process for new starters and identify ways to continuously improve
- Draft correspondence, various letters, and offers of employment.
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Maintain documentation, version control for HR Manuals and other key documents in the database
- Support with and participation in organisational and people-related learning and development
- Responsible for organising and administrating employee life-cycle activities including performance appraisal preparation, probation tracking, and employee onboarding and offloading
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A minimum Bachelor's degree or proven experience in a similar role
- Sound working knowledge of HR functions including remuneration, benefits, recruitment, training and development and understanding of labour laws
- Sound conceptual, analytical and research skills, including demonstrated sound judgement and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness facilitating, planning and managing engagement activities such as Organisation wide social events
- Proficient in MS Office
- A team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
