This firm holds an extremely tight knit Human Resources department and this role will keep you on your toes working for such a diverse company.
Your day to day will consists of the following:
* Policy development, implementation and updating
* Support and deliver exciting HR projects and initiatives
* Contribute to the effective operation and development of the HR function
* HR system improvements and implementation
* Compliance activities
* Employee relations case management
Skills and Experience
* 3 years' experience minimum as a HR Coordinator/ Generalist within civil construction and or mining.
* Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or similar
* Experience within legal or professional services is essential
* Strong communication skills on all levels
* Good attention to detail
* Can do attitude
* Proficient across Microsoft Office
