This is not your standard retail leadership role. We are partnering with one of Australia's most exciting and fastest-growing retail brands to source a Store Manager for their flagship Pacific Fair location. This business has built a cult-like following through community, culture, movement and purpose and they are looking for a commercially strong leader who can bring all of that to life at store level. Pacific Fair is considered one of the brand's highest profile and highest volume locations nationally. The successful leader will operate with genuine ownership across people, culture, community engagement and commercial performance.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days look the same. This role goes far beyond operational retail management. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team culture, driving local community engagement and creating an exceptional customer experience while operating the business with a strong commercial mindset. You'll be empowered to think like a business owner while remaining deeply connected to your team and local market.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and developing a high-performing retail team in a flagship environment
* Driving sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and wage performance through strategic leadership
* Creating a culture centred around accountability, growth and energy
* Building meaningful relationships within the local fitness and lifestyle community
* Activating partnerships, events and local engagement opportunities outside the four walls of the store
* Coaching and developing future leaders within the business
* Driving VM standards and operational excellence across the store
* Using reporting, trade analysis and commercial insights to influence decision making and performance outcomes

* Strong retail leadership experience within a high-volume environment
* Commercial acumen with the ability to confidently articulate KPI ownership and business strategy
* A people-first leadership style with experience developing and mentoring teams
* Energy, presence and the ability to inspire those around you
* Passion for community engagement, culture and customer experience
* Confidence operating autonomously and making commercial decisions
* Experience in apparel, fitness, footwear or lifestyle retail highly regarded
