About the role
As the Sales Executive at Knox Signage & Printing, you will focus on driving the company's recent business development efforts in the sales field. This full-time position is based in Knoxfield, VIC – (hybrid), and you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow Knox Signage & Printing's customer base and increase revenue.

Knox Signage & Printing is a growing family own business with over 10 years' experience in signages, and large format printing. Our customers cover various industries of health, retail, education, construction, hospitality, etc. We are looking for a motivated sales executive who eager to grow with the company for long term period.
Role and Responsibilities
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within company's target market.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
Providing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline. Direct report to Owner-Director
Requirements
Proven track record of success in the signage & large format printing industry
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to identify and address customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Honest, Independent and hard working
Australian Driver Licence & personal car (Required)
Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
A competitive base salary that will be supplemented with structured commission
Car allowance and travel reimbursement
