Haileybury welcomes applications for the role of Credit Controller to join our Finance team. This is a Full-Time, Ongoing (1.0 FTE), commencing as soon as possible.
The Credit Controller will play a key role supporting the Senior Credit Controller in managing the Accounts Receivable function in the school, including collection of all tuition and sundry receivables.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to debtor queries in line with agreed KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records of all debtor communications.
* Manage individual accounts, including sensitive matters.
* Oversee direct debit processing and follow up declined payments.
* Process fortnightly Qikkids billing for Long Day Care ELC locations.
* Provide backup support to the billing function.
* Update student and family information in Synergetic promptly.
* Prepare regular reports as required by management.
* Maintain and update Accounts Receivable policies and procedures.
* Assist with preparation and lodgement of Government funding applications.
About You
* Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.
* Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate behaviour's when engaging with children.
* Experience in consumer collections and billing processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage challenging situations.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
* Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
* Effective time management with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
