Account Manager Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain a strong, trusted relationship with customers to drive growth and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs and goals.
* Design and implement strategies to achieve customer objectives, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.

* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Several years of technology account management experience.
* Prior experience selling in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is preferred.
* Strong skills in executive-level business and technical selling.
* Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes.
