What success looks like in this role:The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshootingExperience with supporting a corporate Windows environmentPrinting (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals)Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC'sTest and Tag experience highly regardedMinimum of 6months experience in supporting Deskside support environmentEnsure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.You will be successful in this role if you have:NV1 security clearance must have for this role.Driver's License is required
