Primary Responsibilities
* Entering sales orders
* Answering telephone enquiries
* Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc
* Vetting orders
* Providing technical and product support to customers
About You
You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.

* experience in a similar role
* a reliable work history with a positive attitude to safety
* a friendly telephone manner
* the ability to express themselves clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication
