Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager/Sales Consultant
Our small boutique Agency is seeking experienced staff to join our growing and transitioning team. With a number of roles available, we are looking for a Property Manager and Assistant Property Managers for part-time to full-time roles with flexible hours, days and times.
We are also looking for an experienced Sales Consultant or Assistant Sales Consultant to work within our Team.
Location: Local Port Kennedy office in a cute beachside Shopping centre.
To start as soon as possible. Company car and negotiable salary. Wonderful, long-standing staff members are staying to assist with training and hand overs.
Experience is required for both roles.
Responsibilities
- Property management roles including shared aspects of Property Management.
- Inside and outside work.
- Viewings, arranging and carrying out routine inspections, arranging maintenance, liaising with clients and contractors and managing lease renewals.
- Prepare PCRs and handle Bonds.
- Relief and assistance with other tasks when needed.
- 3 - 4 days a week depending on hours and with flexibility.

Requirements
- Experience required for both Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager roles.
- Australian driver's license (as applicable).
- Experience in the real estate industry.
