Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Visionary: Drive the Centre's vision and execution in partnership with the Board, fostering operational excellence, financial sustainability and best practice risk management.
* Leader in Equity and Inclusion: Embed trauma-informed principles throughout the organisation, promoting equity, diversity and inclusion across all aspects of service delivery and operations.
* Culture Champion: Prioritise staff well-being, collaboration and innovation, leading advocacy and stakeholder engagement with government, unions and community partners.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Postgraduate qualifications in health, public health, management or administration, or equivalent degrees and/or experience.
* 10+ years' senior leadership experience with proven governance and strategy expertise, ideally in the domestic, family or social justice sector.
* Demonstrated commitment to feminist and social justice principles.
