MACA are seeking a Maintenance Administrator to join the team in a permanent full-time role on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth to the Karlawinda Gold Project.
The Karlawinda Gold Project is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 65km south‐east of Newman.
Key result areas include:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to maintenance staff, including roster and leave management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, preparation of correspondence, fuel reconciliation, and general day‐to‐day administrative requirements.
* Deliver onboarding support to staff, including the mobilisation of contractors to and from site, along with responsive day‐to‐day administrative assistance.
* Raise purchase requisitions, perform accurate data entry, and prepare weekly and daily reports.
* Assist with timesheet queries and ensure accurate allocation of cost codes within relevant systems.
* Manage supply and parts coordination, including deliveries to and from site locations.
* Act as a liaison between maintenance, site operations, and corporate offices, managing inquiries and ensuring timely communication of key information.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a site‐based maintenance administrative role within the resources sector.
* Exposure to maintenance and/or production environments (preferred but not essential).
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, along with onsite systems such as AMT, Pronto, JDE, PeopleTray, and SuccessFactors.
* A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
