We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading authority in public health and contribute to the development of a model of sustainable work.
The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline, such as psychology, ergonomics, or public health. They will also have experience in research and evaluation, with a strong track record of publications and presentations.
The role involves working closely with a research team to develop and test a contemporary model of sustainable work. This will involve collecting and analyzing data, as well as mentoring early career researchers and HDR students.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a demonstrated ability to work independently and under limited supervision.
About the Position
This is a fixed-term position for three years, located at our Bundoora campus. The successful candidate will be based within the Department of Public Health, which is a leading authority in many areas of public health.
