The Opportunity
An opportunity has become available for a results-driven Commercial Support & Co‑ordinator to join our Vision Care Team. This role is responsible for delivering compliant, audit‑ready commercial operations while enabling efficient execution of commercial and marketing activities across the business.
The role supports purchasing, expense processing, inventory control, logistics, and event delivery, while also owning the integrity and continuous improvement of core commercial systems and reporting to ensure data accuracy, governance, and actionable insights.
This is a Sydney based, fixed term contract for 12 months.
Responsibilities
* Own the ongoing management and continuous improvement of CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), and internal commercial reporting to ensure data accuracy and support effective commercial team execution.
* Manage end-to-end purchasing, purchase orders and vendor setup to ensure timely payments and strong cost controls.
* Process expenses, travel and reconciliations while enforcing company and industry policy compliance.
* Maintain inventory and records, coordinate logistics and asset movement to keep an audit-ready repository.
* Plan and execute marketing and professional-education events and conferences, handling vendors, onsite logistics and healthcare-compliance requirements.
* Oversee calendars, communications and confidential matters, produce documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
About You
* ERP, finance, CRM & expense systems and strong Excel skills are necessary
* Experience in Purchasing & accounts-payable, Inventory & logistics
* Event planning & on-site coordination knowledge is important
* Healthcare / industry compliance knowledge would be advantageous
* Excellent organization, time-management and multi-tasking under tight deadlines.
* Clear stakeholder communication and vendor negotiation skills.
* High attention to detail, discretion handling confidential matters, and strong problem-solving.
