**The Company**
Our client is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that operates predominately in Queensland, with training throughout the state. Our client is focused on delivering quality training outcomes to the Meat, Food, and Laboratory industries, including a wide range of customised training services for onsite delivery.
**The Role**
As a Training Manager, you will manage the delivery of training services within our client's scope of training and assessment. As part of this role, you will also manage a team of Trainers and Assessors and develop strategies to grow the training department in consultation with key business stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review, monitor and develop training strategies, policies, and delivery to ensure all standards meet industry requirements and are of a high standard
- Manage Trainers and Assessors on a general basis, and monitor training progress
- Work with industry and community groups to ensure the RTO strengthens their vocational training and development position through industry and community partnerships
- Recruit and provide leadership and strategic direction
- Develop an efficient team, and foster a positive culture through training, and professional development
- Assist in resource development, and undertake validation and moderation as required

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 (or equivalent)
- Relevant Meat Processing qualification
- Previous work experience in a similar role within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create, build, and maintain strong relationships at all levels
- Current driver's licence
