The Opportunity
As Team Leader, you'll support and develop a team of Travel Sales Consultants while maintaining strong personal standards around sales execution and quality.
You'll be responsible for:
Coaching live sales conversations
Reinforcing a clear, structured sales methodology
Running skills sessions & targeted workshops
Supporting pipeline progression & closing deals
Stepping in on complex or stalled bookings
Driving daily activity standards & KPI accountability
Supporting onboarding of new consultants
Maintaining strong systems, standards & sales rhythm
You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in scaling the sales function as demand continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
Strong consultative sales background
Experience coaching or leading a sales team
Comfortable giving clear, direct and constructive feedback
Performance-driven but calm and consistent
High ownership, initiative and commercial mindset
Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment

$95,000 + Super
