Job Title: Indigenous Support Worker

As a Community Service Provider in Darwin, we are seeking a Social and Emotional Wellbeing worker who can provide culturally informed support and mentoring.
The successful candidate will have experience working with Aboriginal communities, holding a Certificate IV in health or community services. They will be able to collaborate with staff, demonstrate strong teamwork skills, and understand the importance of cultural awareness.
This role involves delivering support programs that cater specifically to the needs of young Indigenous individuals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting social and emotional wellbeing, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
