The Role

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Account Coordinatorto support and grow key retail partnerships within the beauty and cosmetics sector, working with theLaneige and Sulwhasoobrands. Reporting to theBrand General Manager, this role plays a critical part in driving sales performance, strengthening retailer relationships, and ensuring seamless execution across both online and in-store channels, while supporting end-to-end account management across major beauty retailers and collaborating closely with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Support to deliver strong commercial outcomes and best-in-class retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the management of assigned retail accounts to achieve sell‐in and sell‐through targets
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports
* Maintain strong day‐to‐day relationships with retail buyers and partner commercial teams
* Analyse sales, inventory, and promotional performance to identify growth opportunities
* Coordinate and execute promotional calendars, campaigns, and sampling programs
* Support new product launches including retail onboarding, order coordination, and asset submission
* Liaise with Supply Chain to manage purchase orders, allocations, backorders, and stock availability
* Monitor inventory performance and assist with strategies to minimise out‐of‐stocks and excess stock
* Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales Support to ensure consistent brand execution across all channels
* Support retail operations with accurate information on launches, promotions, and supply status
* Assist with invoicing, trade spend tracking, and general account administration
* Contribute insights on competitor activity and market trends to support account and channel strategy

What You'll Bring

* 2–3+ years' experience in sales coordination, account management, or B2B sales (beauty/retail preferred)
* Strong analytical skills with confidence working with sales and inventory data
* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow‐through
* Proactive, solutions‐focused, and comfortable in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience using digital or AI productivity tools for reporting and analysis is highly regarded
