This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful execution of projects by overseeing procurement and supply chain activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate procurement planning, supplier engagement, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
* Develop and manage Purchase Orders as assigned by the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with project schedules, specifications and procurement requirements.
* Monitor supplier performance and escalate risks or deviations from project plans.
* Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, logistics, finance, and quality teams to maintain project alignment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong project coordination and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Solid understanding of operational procurement processes and supply chain best practices.
* Familiarity with international trade compliance and regulatory frameworks.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for procurement tracking, reporting, and data management.
Additional Requirements:
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Responsiveness to project timelines, contractual obligations, and customer requirements.
* Willingness to travel up to 10% to support project execution and supplier engagement.
