Backed by one of WA's biggest and most financial building groups, we are at the beginning of our journey towards sustainable growth with the volume of work we take on and are currently in the search for a number of high performers to fill key roles within the business from its inception.

About the role
* Manage the timely delivery of residential building projects
* Track and monitor revenue targets
* Uphold work health and safety duties on site
* Obtain and retain a strong trade base
* Perform safety and quality inspections regularly
* Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders both internally and external to the business
* Contribute to a strong team culture
About you
* The successful candidate must possess the following attributes
* Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
* Confident but humble in your own ability
* High attention to detail
* Able to work independently and problem solve
* Self-motivated and organised
* Bring with you an existing trade base
* Strong understanding and knowledge of the NCC and referenced Standards
* A trade or scheduling background
* Working towards or with a Certificate IV in Building Construction
* White/Blue Card
* C class license
* Registered Building Practitioner will be looked upon favourably
