About You
* Efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards
* Maintaining food hygiene standards and correct chemical use.
* Ensuring that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean.
* Treat our brand‐new equipment with respect to keep it gleaming.
* Working with the chefs to ensure the kitchen operations are seamless perfect before and after service.
* Assist the Purchasing department with deliveries and stock management.
* Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments of the hotel.
