Site Operations Coordinator Job Description
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver integrated logistics and records management services, ensuring security, wellness, and transportation operations.
* Respond to customer inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and handle incoming calls by directing them to the relevant personnel.
* Support employees, contractors, and visitors with general administration tasks to ensure smooth site operations.
* Prepare and submit monthly reports and documentation to relevant site personnel and stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate submission of timesheets, site roster entries, contractor approvals, and leave processing for payroll purposes.
* Manage office supplies, keys, stock registers, mail distribution, and maintain confidentiality as required.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, relocation, pre-tenant inspections, creating welcome packs, and documentation.
* Oversee daily shop and tavern operations, including deliveries, stock management, and procurement.
* Conduct safety inspections, implement hazard controls, and contribute to process improvements for efficiency gains.
* Serve as the base for airport duties radio communications and conduct airport inspections as needed, maintaining communication with charter service providers.
* Maintain accommodation and messing schedules, reconcile cash and float balances, and make flight bookings as requested.
* Support event planning, setup, and company functions while contributing to town process improvements.
* Perform other duties as directed by the Administration Supervisor.
