Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial performance and team management.



Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality food and excellent customer service
* Manage financial performance, including sales growth and cost control
* Solicit feedback from customers through surveys or direct communication to maintain customer satisfaction levels


You will have responsibility for leading a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your ability to coach, motivate and inspire your team members is crucial in achieving this goal.

* A proven track record in successful restaurant management with strong leadership skills (minimum 2 years), coupled with effective people management skills to drive business results
