As the Assistant Director of Green Leaves Early Learning Bellerive, your role is key in building a positive, warm, fun and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded across all that we do You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.

About You:
* A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
* A current State relevant Working with Children's Check
* A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
* A current Child Protection Training certificate
* Previous experience as an Assistant Director (preferred, not essential)
* Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms)
