Career Opportunity: Infrastructure Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our infrastructure management team. This role offers a unique chance to work in complex, multi-disciplinary construction environments.
* The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction/Project Management with a strong background in civil engineering and at least 5 years of experience delivering civil or multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
* This position requires excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage cross-disciplinary works, lead site delivery, and interface with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage mixed-infrastructure projects from planning to completion, developing scopes, programs, take-offs, procurement plans, ITPs, and cost forecasts.
* Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Prepare progress claims, variations, EOTs, and commercial documentation, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction/Project Management with a strong civil background.
* At least 5 years of experience in delivering civil or multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
* Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
