This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly support installation teams, warehouse operations, and project delivery across Victoria. The Role: You’ll be responsible for coordinating procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics to ensure materials are available on time and in full for residential and commercial solar installations. This role sits at the heart of our operations — linking suppliers, warehouse, and field teams to deliver projects efficiently and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue purchase orders for all materials and equipment Organise and coordinate freight deliveries to ensure commitments are met Review and process supplier invoices within the system Liaise with suppliers to monitor product availability and forecast stock requirements Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Sales Admin, Project Managers, Project Coordinators and the Finance team Assist with general office and warehouse duties Work closely with installation teams to ensure project readiness About You Proven experience in procurement, inventory, supply chain, or logistics coordination Ideally a background in solar, renewables, or electrical industries Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Forklift License (preferred) You are reliable, honest and hard-working, with a strong sense of accountability.
