Hunter & Barrel is firing up a brand-new location in Canberra this May - and we're on the hunt for eager and passionate Supervisors to bring it to life.
Training will be conducted at The Meat & Wine Co Canberra and Hunter & Barrel Parramatta so applicants should be able to travel.
As a Supervisor, you'll take an active role in supporting the daily service operations. You'll lead by example on the floor, assist in guiding and coaching the team, and help ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality, seamless dining experience.

What we are looking for:
* Supervisory experience within a high- volume restaurant
* Continually able to maintain high production, productivity and customer-service standards
* A proven ability to thrive within a high volume and fast paced restaurant
* A current RSA
* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
* Experienced in understanding revenue, profitability and quality of service
* Ability to drive service excellence with a keen eye for detail
* Willingness to undergo further training with both BOH and FOH departments
* Exceptional communication skills with employees and guests
