APS5 Procurement Officer with an attractive hourly rate for a 12-month contract with the Federal Government

Thr role of this Federal Government Agency is to implement a scheme to support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.
**Your new role**
In your current role, you will be accountable, with limited supervision, for providing procurement advice guided by procedures, standards and precedents within the Corporate Services Branch. You will undertake moderately complex research and analysis and demonstrate compliance with the CPRs.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In addition to your understanding of the MS Office Suite, you will also have:
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in the Federal Government
- The ability to multitask and remain composed in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Experience using HR and/or Finance business systems
- Understanding of procurement processes generally
