McMahon Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front of House Corporate Receptionist to join our Corporate Services team at our Dry Creek Head Office on a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity leave cover).

This role is responsible for creating an outstanding first impression for our companies and brands — whether welcoming visitors to Head Office or managing incoming corporate enquiries.

About the Role

This role is responsible for creating an outstanding first impression for all guests and callers while supporting day-to-day administrative and office coordination functions.

You will liaise with Executive Committee members, Senior Management, corporate teams and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and seamless front-of-house experience.

What You'll Do

* Welcome and coordinate all visitors, contractors and staff at Head Office
* Manage incoming calls and corporate email enquiries professionally
* Maintain reception and meeting rooms to a high standard
* Manage boardroom bookings and meeting room coordination
* Oversee uniform orders and corporate travel approvals
* Coordinate mail, couriers and internal communications
* Support facilities coordination and supplier relationships
* Maintain strict confidentiality, including media enquiries

What You'll Bring

* Strong customer service experience and professional presentation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Current driver's licence and ability to obtain a Police Check
* Flexibility to support after-hours requirements if needed

No formal qualifications are required; however, prior reception or administrative experience in a corporate environment will be advantageous.
