Production Manager

The Role
The Production Manager leads the end-to-end production function, overseeing seasonal planning, supplier strategy, quality standards, and delivery performance. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring collections are executed flawlessly while protecting margin and maintaining the brand's premium quality positioning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead seasonal production calendars and critical path management
* Oversee Time-and-Action plans from development through final delivery
* Manage and negotiate with local and offshore suppliers
* Drive cost management, margin optimisation, and efficiency initiatives
* Oversee sampling, pre-production approvals, and bulk execution
* Enforce quality control standards across all production stages
* Identify and resolve risks to prevent delays or quality issues
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Technical, Logistics, and Finance teams
* Monitor KPIs including margin, on-time delivery, and supplier performance
* Implement continuous improvement strategies post-season
REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ years' experience in fashion production or product development
* Strong leadership experience within a contemporary or designer RTW brand
* Excellent supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
* Deep understanding of garment construction and technical processes
* Experience managing offshore production
* Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
* Calm, solutions-focused, and highly detail-oriented
