Lead a dynamic learning program in Mount Isa designed to re-engage young people aged between 10 and 17 who have been involved in the youth justice system and are disengaged from mainstream schooling. This innovative, holistic program brings together a dedicated team of educators, youth workers, and family support specialists to deliver small-group learning and wraparound support.
As Team Leader you'll lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services that meet contractual and stakeholder expectations. Build strong relationships with local communities, services, and stakeholders. Manage operational requirements, including rostering, compliance, and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you're an experienced leader with a background in youth work, education, or allied fields. You have demonstrated experience working with young people in contact with the youth justice system, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
