About the role
We are seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician to join our dynamic team at Green Earth Electrical. This full-time role - Monday to Friday only, no weekend work - is based in North Geelong, VIC and will involve delivering a range of electrical services as well as solar and battery services to both residential and commercial customers.
Immediate start
What you'll be doing:
* Performing electrical installations, maintenance and repairs to the highest industry standards
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues across a variety of projects
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes
* Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients
* Maintaining detailed job records and completing all necessary administrative tasks
* Supporting and mentoring junior electricians and apprentices as required
What we're looking for:
* A current A Grade Electrician license and several years of hands-on experience
* SAA accreditation preferred
* White card & working with heights
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures and industry regulations
* Paperwork, including quoting & design, is part of the role - must feel confident with a computer. On site training is provided.
* Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Ability to be able to converse with customers and feel confident being able to have great communication abilities when clients have questions
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
