Job Overview
This is a key leadership position responsible for the strategic and operational management of RAES services. The successful candidate will be required to lead the delivery of tailored, strengths-based and culturally safe case management community projects and employment services.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and implement effective governance structures that support accountability, compliance, risk management, and long-term service sustainability.
 * Ensure strong financial management, record-keeping, and reporting systems are in place to maintain transparency and efficiency.
 * Lead the team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of clients, while promoting cultural safety and best practice.
Requirements
 * Have full working rights in Australia.
 * Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
 * Undergo an Australian History Criminal Check.
 * Hold a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one prior to employment.
