Urgent Requirement for Urea Manager - Ammonia & Urea Project Ceres in Karratha, Western Australia

As a Manager, Urea & Solid Handling is responsible for the efficient and effective production, quality control, and overall management of urea manufacturing processes.
Job responsibilities:
- Plant start-up, shut down and efficient plant operation with emergency handling.
- Managing trouble shootings and breakdown/trip analysis in Urea Plant.
- Interaction with various maintenance departments and should have knowledge of various Instrumentation Systems & distributing Control System Operation (DCS).
- Develop shift operating staff/ new trainees for taking charge at various locations with structured training program schedule made on various topics like plant operation / emergencies handling, EHS topics for subordinates' development.
- Supervise and coordinate urea production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and output.
- Monitor production schedules and implement strategies to improve production capacity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
- Minimum 19 to 25 years of relevant experience in Chemical engineering roles, preferably in a urea manufacturing plant.
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
