Kahnsulting is an established boutique Chartered Accounting practice based in West Perth. We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Administration Assistant to join our growing team.

We provide a comprehensive range of services including startup advisory, bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, lending, SMSF, and business advisory. Our approach is tailored and client-centric, ensuring each client receives a bespoke solution aligned with their personal and business goals.

We work closely with business owners across industries such as construction, sales, eCommerce, and property development, as well as small family groups — helping them make better financial decisions and grow sustainably.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our West Perth office.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our team, providing administrative support across the business while helping deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.

There is potential scope for a full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Being the first point of contact for phone, email and in-person enquiries
* Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
* Assisting with client onboarding, company and trust establishments, and maintaining client records
* Preparing client correspondence, letters and administrative documentation
* Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and other government agencies on behalf of clients
* Scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms and taking meeting minutes
* Providing general administrative support including document preparation, data entry, filing and mail management
* Managing office, stationery and kitchen suppliesMaintaining electronic and physical filing systems and ensuring records are kept up to date
* Maintaining a clean, organised and professional office environment
* Assisting team members with administrative tasks as required

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

* Previous experience in an administration, reception or customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong time management and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
* A professional and client-focused approach
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Australian working rights
