Alongside our construction work, grounds and property maintenance has always been a core part of our business and due to continued growth, this sector is now expanding rapidly.
We are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor (Hands-On) to help lead and support this growing maintenance division, working across residential and commercial properties.
This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools while supervising daily maintenance operations.
About the Role
* Perform and oversee grounds and landscape maintenance across residential and commercial sites
* Supervise and work alongside a small maintenance crew
* Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate tasks
* Maintain lawns, gardens and outdoor spaces to a high standard
* Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems
* Adjust irrigation controllers and ensure efficient water use
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
* Conduct site inspections and proactively address maintenance issues
* Ensure safety procedures and company standards are met
* Support the continued growth and improvement of our maintenance operations
About You
* Proven experience in grounds or landscape maintenance
* Strong hands on skills and practical knowledge of landscaping practices
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Valid driver's licence (required)
* Valid Blue Card (Working with Children's card) (required)
