Key Responsibilities:

As a Guest Service Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Facilitating efficient communications between guests and employees;
* Operating switchboard consoles, paging systems, and associated computer equipment;
* Handling personal wake-up calls and ensuring accuracy;
* Acting proficiently in all aspects of emergency procedures;
* Being fully conversant in all hotel products and services to handle guest enquiries efficiently and courteously;
* Logging all requests and ensuring follow-up actions occur within 15 minutes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Good telephone and communication skills;
* Good computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office;
* Good organisational skills;
* Able to work well under pressure;
* Fluent in English;
* 6 months' experience in a hotel of comparable standards (desired).
