About the Role

Our Buyers work closely with the product, marketing and planning team by using their creative expertise, market knowledge, along with buying and planning acumen to deliver commercially relevant ranges in our retail channels. You'll lead and drive product assortment that best supports the current and future wants and needs of our customers and delivers optimal range opportunities. As well as executing the Buying strategy to drive sales and margin, delivering best-in-class visual experience and delivers on stock turns and closing inventory requirements. And ultimately, bring a merchandise assortment to life in DTC (Direct to Consumer) channels that encompasses total outfitting, compelling brand storytelling, maximises the businesses sales and margin potential and leads the target market in future trend.

This is a dynamic role providing you with unique exposure across multiple high-profile brands and the opportunity to interact with all our channel teams that help deliver our product to the end consumer. It’s a great opportunity for experienced Senior Buyers and Buyers to gain experience in a large business with a suite of lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead the end‑to‑end product assortment for DTC channels, ensuring ranges meet current and future customer needs while aligning with brand strategy and market trends.

* Drive sales, margin, stock turn and inventory outcomes through strong buying execution, commercial decision‑making and data‑led range optimisation.

* Collaborate closely with Product, Planning, Marketing, Retail, eComm and VM teams to deliver cohesive seasonal ranges, compelling storytelling and best‑in‑class visual execution.

* Manage forecasting, OTB, supplier relationships, quality standards and supply continuity to maximise profitability and protect commercial performance.

* Analyse sales, customer behaviour and market insights to inform pricing, promotions, markdowns and ongoing assortment refinement.

What You Bring

You are a commercially minded buyer with a sharp eye for product, a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build ranges that deliver real commercial impact.

You’ll bring:

* Proven experience in buying, ideally within a fast‑paced multi‑brand, multi‑channel environment.

* Demonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching, developing and managing teams.

* Strong track record executing strategic category and buying plans that drive sales, margin and inventory efficiency.

* Solid merchandise planning expertise, including OTB management, ROI principles and strong numerical competency.

* Highly analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.

* Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
