Energy Analyst Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Energy Analyst, responsible for collecting, aggregating, reviewing, and maintaining environmental performance data across our operations.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Facilities & Energy and ensure accurate reporting of carbon, energy, waste, and water metrics, helping us meet our obligations. They will manage reporting data in alignment with Wesfarmers' systems and provide governance and assurance to maintain high-quality, reliable data.
* Main Responsibilities:

o Document and maintain process flows for Kmart Group's energy, water and waste data.
o Adhere to mandated company policies and minimum standards, seeking alignment with Wesfarmers group policies.
o Prepare and maintain Basis of Reporting documents.
o Organize, administer, and maintain databases holding energy, water and waste data.
o Collect, communicate, and implement systems and processes for internal data collection, interpret and analyze the data to derive insights and recommend sustainable business initiatives.
o Lead systems implementation/integration initiatives relating to energy, water and waste data.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have highly regarded experience in data collection and reporting for National Greenhouse Energy Reporting (NGER) and ethical sourcing audit programs, with strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategy. They should be skilled at streamlining processes and enhancing controls to ensure accurate, complete, and transparent data. Demonstrated ability to analyze, identify trends and develop insights is essential.
