Due to business growth and evolving client demands, we're hiring an experienced Account Strategist with strong SEO expertise to own strategy, performance, and client outcomes across a portfolio of key accounts.
The Role
You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, SEO delivery, SEO performance, and client leadership — responsible for building growth roadmaps, driving organic performance, and translating data into commercial results.
This is a senior, hands‐on role for someone with 5+ years of SEO experience who can think strategically while still understanding the technical, content and link building mechanics that drive rankings and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end SEO strategy across multiple client accounts
* Build organic growth roadmaps aligned to business goals
* Conduct technical audits, keyword strategies, and content frameworks
* Identify scalable growth opportunities across search, CRO and UX
* Own client relationships as the strategic lead
* Translate performance into clear commercial insights and next steps
* Present strategies, results, and optimisations confidently
* Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Execution Oversight
* Execute best‐in‐class SEO tactics for our clients
* Ensure technical fixes, content plans and link strategies are delivered
* Work with internal team members and contractors to assist with delivery
* Maintain high standards of implementation and performance
Data & Performance
* Track rankings, traffic, leads and revenue impact
* Use GA4, Search Console and SEO tools to inform decisions
* Continuously test, refine and scale what works
* Monthly and quarterly reporting delivered and presented to clients
What We're Looking For
Must‐Have
* 5+ years hands‐on SEO experience (agency or in‐house)
* Strong technical SEO knowledge (site structure, speed, indexing, schema)
* Proven ability to grow organic traffic and conversions
* Proactively learning and evolving strategies for success in AI / LLM search
* Experience managing client accounts and presenting strategy
* Strong commercial mindset — not just rankings
* Exposure to paid media and integrated performance strategies
Nice to Have
* Experience with high‐competition industries (services, legal, healthcare, ecommerce)
* Understanding of CRO and full‐funnel growth
