Position Details Position Title: Registered Nurse - Ellery House Residential Care Unit Classification: YP3 – YP9 Salary per hour: $41.17 to $50.68
superannuation generous salary packaging options Employment Type: Ongoing full-time OR Ongoing part-time hours available Award: Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 -2028 Role description A Registered Nurse demonstrates competence in the provision of nursing care as specified by the RN standards for practice, education preparation, relevant legislative standards and codes in the context of care. The RN works as a productive member of an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. It is expected the RN will work within their scope of practice and demonstrate critical thinking and analysis, comprehensive assessment skills; care planning, practice and evaluation in the provision of care to clients and their significant others. The RN practices independently and interdependently assuming accountability and responsibility for their own actions and delegation of care to enrolled nurses, RUSONs and health/personal care workers. Delegation takes into consideration the education and training of enrolled nurses and health care workers and the context of care. About you As a Registered Nurse team member, you will: Be a great communicator and enjoy contributing to a multidisciplinary health care team to ensure the highest quality of care for the local community Have current NMBA registration and Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
