About The Role
Our Material Recovery Facilities ( MRF) are recycling plants. All the recycling bins come to us and our job is to sort them so that we can turn our rubbish into paper, glass, re-usable plastic and metal.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a front-end loader
- Drive a Forklift
- Break up bales of plastic waste with the loader
- Perform prestart checks daily on the loader
- Grease, clean filters & blow out engine area
- Fuel loader as required
- Report any faults with the loader or equipment
- Maintain a safe working setting
You Will Have
- A loader license with verification of competency (VOC)
- A forklift license is desirable
- Experience working around fixed plant equipment
- Able to work overtime, weekends, and/or public holidays if required
