As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Service, Kew.

Qualifications and Skills
* Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification is essential.
* Experience in an aged care environment.
* Flexibility to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
* Experience providing personal care including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities.
* High level of customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to follow care plans and directives.
* Understanding of aged care principles and resident rights.
* Vaccinated against Influenza and Covid-19, with up-to-date vaccinations.
* National Police Certificate.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
