A major bank in Sydney is seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager that will operate across a Networking Tools and Observability team.
The role is an initially 6 month contract with a view to going permanent after.
Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end delivery of support and services for the various teams across network and observability.
* Drive incident, problem, and change management processes for observability tools and networking systems.
* Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution and SLA compliance.
* Prepare and deliver regular service performance reports to stakeholders.
* Drive process optimization, automation, and best practices across service operations.
* Monitor service performance against SLAs, proactively address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills / Experience
* 5+ years in IT Service Delivery ideally in networking or infrastructure domains.
* ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
* Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
* Large enterprise experience- financial services ideally
