**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Our client is a vibrant multidisciplinary team of highly trained allied health therapists who aspire to bring the clients high quality & respectful allied healthcare.
Due to the exciting growth, they are looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join the team. As a BSP, you will be responsible for providing treatment to disabled, paediatric and elderly clients in their own environments.
- Manage a varied caseload of clients living in their own homes;
- Maximise client functional capacity and evaluate their options for ongoing care as required;
- Develop high quality and evidence-based treatment plans;
- Complete progress notes and requested reports in a timely manner.

**Essential Criteria**:
- A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis or Allied Health (Social Work, Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy) with relevant professional registration/membership;
- Minimum one years NDIS Behaviour Support experience;
- Working knowledge of authorisation and reporting requirements for restrictive practices relevant to state or territory laws and policies;
- Experience in conducting comprehensive behaviour assessments, and implementing and evaluating behavior support plans, including restrictive practice;
- Up to date knowledge of the regulatory context and evidence-based practice;
- Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
