What You'll Do
As a Commis Chef, you'll play a key role in preparing and delivering consistent, high‑quality meals across our diverse food outlets, including:
 * Café – barista breakfasts, light lunches and dinners, and grab‑and‑go treats
 * Bistro – modern pub fare, rotating specials, and family favourites
 * Functions – canapés, plated dinners, buffets, and bespoke menus for events of all sizes
You will:
 * Work under the guidance of senior chefs and our Executive Chef
 * Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and quality
 * Support the team in daily food preparation and service
 * Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in line with our Food Safety Program
 * Assist with stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation
 * Contribute to a positive kitchen culture where teamwork is valued
What You'll Bring
 * Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
