Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, acting as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, and contractors.
 * Provide an exceptional customer experience, fostering long-term client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
 * Offer insightful interpretations of strata legislation and bylaws to stakeholders.
 * Address correspondence from owners, tenants, and contractors in a timely and professional manner.
 * Collaborate with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes and work orders, ensuring seamless service delivery.
 * Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meetings—agendas, budgets, minutes.
 * Oversee client retention, handling 1st level complaints, identifying problems, and providing guidance to resolve issues.
 * Ensure financial compliance across your portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * A current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
 * Relevant State licensing (if required).
 * Sound knowledge of strata/body corporate legislation and best practices.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities.
 * A collaborative mindset, empathy, and a passion for helping others grow.
 * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to continuously learn.
