As a Working Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled tradespeople to deliver high-end residential projects across Sydney locations. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of the project from start to finish.
You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
* Project Leadership: Own the project and lead all aspects of the build.
* Team Coordination: Work closely with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
* Problem Solving: Resolve project issues, delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Resource Management: Optimise the allocation of labour, equipment, and materials.
* Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and providing regular updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Trade Qualified: Cert III in Carpentry with a Cert IV Builders Licence.
* Supervisory Experience: Experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor is essential.
* Industry Experience: Background in either the residential sector is essential to secure an interview.
* High-End Residential Experience: Exposure to high-end finishes.
* Positive Attitude: Strong presentation, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
