Customer Service Role
A leading medical gases and homecare services provider seeks a skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer service.
This role is responsible for providing timely, accurate and courteous responses to customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues as well as resolving any service-related problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
* Liaise with other departments to resolve customer enquiries
* Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and work collaboratively with others to implement solutions
* Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Process and follow up on requests via email, telephone and direct message in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
Requirements:
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships
* Previous experience in a contact centre or sales environment desirable but not essential as training will be provided
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Administrative and sales experience (desirable)
* Proficient in using computer software including the Google suite
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
